This program is designed to promote an interest in coaching among our association’s register players. Additionally this program’s goal is to provide our Head Coaches with a resource they can use to increase the effectiveness of their practice. To become certified each interested player must be trained according to guidelines established by USA Hockey. This training is provided by IFYHA Division Directors or Divisional Head Coaches and is required annually.

USA Hockey registered players interested in participating in this program simply need to complete the Student Coach Information Form and then contact their Division Director or any of the Divisional Head Coaches to schedule the training.
