It is the policy of USA Hockey that all adults (aged 18 or over) that participate in and represent the IFYHA program and have contact with youth players apply for background checks every three years (e.g. coaches, team managers, on-ice officials, division directors, etc.). This policy is implemented by the Idaho Amateur Hockey Association and strictly enforced by IFYHA.
